Although Moscatel de Grano Menudo was one of the area’s traditional varieties, there are very few vineyards remaining today. Our single-varietal wine comes from a small plot with deep soils that is located at 770 m elevation.
After a 40 hour refrigerated maceration, fermentation is allowed to commence at relatively cool temperatures. We press the must off the skins after an additional 30 hours and the wine is allowed 10 months ageing on the lees in 500 l French oak barrels.
